History Of Paintless Dent Removal

The history of Paintless Dent Removal and where it all began is a subject open to great debate.  There are many stories of little Italian men, South African men, and German men working in the factories all the way back in the 1940's.  Being that that is just a little before my time I will just have to accept that I do not know.

As for us, we began removing dents and dings from cars in early 1992 utilizing the paintless dent removal process.  Having serviced more than 50,000 vehicles as technicians we have had a front row seat to the evolution of this process, which is full of incredible creativity and ingenuity.  From spring steel to stainless steel, from fixed tips to removable tips to rubber tips, to non marring knock-downs, and most recently the utilization of glue tabs to repair extraordinary large, complex, and often times not accessible damage.

While we still have a fondness for the good ole days of tape tipped tools, today we embrace innovation and thrive on figuring out new ways to enhance the customer experience in every part of the repair process.  There is no magic or trick to doing a good job.  Patience, Experience, Dedication, and Strong Ethics  are the critical components to honing the required skills and achieving the desired results, satisfied customers.
